This measures 8 1/2 inches length and is considered a "mini" sized pennant.

This pennant is vintage late 1970s era. It is made of thin/vinyl plastic and coated in velvet/felt material. NOT 100% felt made pennant.

Pennant does have light markings and signs of age/display. Not mint-Not perfect.
